Have a break, Have a brillliant ad

Direct Marketing (DM) is a fascinating form of advertising. Not only does it include some really awesome ideas, they almost always include tangible elements you can see and feel. This helps create a lasting impression on minds - which is exactly what it's supposed to do.

Here's a fantastic example
from New Zealand. JWT Auckland took Kit Kat's tagline - Have a break, have a Kit Kat - and made this DM out of it. They put up easy-to-assemble chair kits in various locations which you could simply put together and relax on, while you ate your Kit Kat. One might argue that putting the chair together would require effort and contradict the concept of taking a break, but looking at the picture, a kid could put that thing together in no time! Either way, it's the Kit Kat name that's going to stick in people's minds, whether they are for, or against, this great piece of work!
