Typography is one of the most interesting aspects of advertising. It's fascinating to sit and watch letters take shape and be placed just-so as Art Directors and Designers work their magic. It often does a great job of giving an ad its own voice and feel. One could even go so far as to say that it can (though I may be very, very wrong) even substitute copy in some cases.
Here's a great
example of what you can do with just letters, created by Italian ad agency H-57 Creative Station. The buzz about this series was huge across the internet and I wouldn't be wrong to say Star Wars fans played a very big part!
