Might is Write

A country without freedom of press is a country without a voice. A country where the people have no say. Where they are under the tyrannical thumb, unable to express opinion.

The heartening thing is, there are a few in our largely self-obsessed world who believe that journalists and members of the media should have the freedom to express themselves. Through television, newspapers, magazines, radio or any other means of communication with the masses.

Reporters Without Borders (RWB) or Reporters sans frontières (RSF) is a France-based non-government organisation formed in 1985, which fights for the freedom of press. They actively campaign against the oppression of the press in countries around the world.

I'm not sure who did this campaign, but it's been well executed, and it rings true: Some countries DO treat journalists like we treat a pen.
